Shipping Policy:
Policies & procedures *we ship anywhere!
*Your jewelry will be shipped in a complimentary black "faux suede"
pouch with company logo upon delivery.
*We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card and
American Express.
We guarantee to ship all in-stock items within 3 business days. We
will inform you by e-mail or phone of any out-of stock or
discontinued items. You will only be charged for items that are
sent. Orders will be on "first-come, first-serve" basis. We will
attempt to keep the site as updated as possible. In the event that
we inform you that we are "sold out" on an item you have chosen,
please choose something else.
Shipping charges:
Bella-Juls-Beltz & Accessories will send your orders directly to you
via Federal Express.
Shipping: We do our best to provide you with affordable shipping
services. Your shipping charge includes: shipping cost, insurance
cost & packaging of your order. Back orders are shipped free of
charge. Since weights and destinations vary from order to order,
shipping rates are based on the $ amount of your purchase. You are
charged the same rate no matter what the weight of the package or
zip code. Please e-mail us with any shipment inquiries to
bellajuls@verizon.net.
Shipping method is Federal Express ground service or otherwise
requested service via Fedex.

US - domestic rates: international shipping rates:
$38.00 - $249.00 = $10.00 actual shipping rates apply
$250.00 - $499.00 = $12.00 actual shipping rates apply
$500.00 - $749.00 = $15.00 actual shipping rates apply
$750.00 - $999.00 = $20.00 actual shipping rates apply
over $1,000.00 = actual shipping
Rush Shipping: We offer express or "next day" air shipping. Please
e-mail bellajuls@verizon.net for rush shipping quotes. Rush shipping
applies to shipping method only. Please remember all shipping times
are relative to when your order is processed. Orders are processed
on a first receipt basis, monday thru friday (excluding US holidays) processing time may vary from 1 to 3 business days after you place
your order. Orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until
Wednesday. Rush order process is not available at this time.
International Shipping:
International orders may take longer to receive depending on whether
they are held up in customs. International shipping charges cover
only the cost of airmail and do not include any additional fees or
taxes your government or postal service may assess upon delivery. We
cannot be responsible for products confiscated by your government.
Back orders:
If some of the items on your order are not in stock we will ship
those items that are in stock, the backordered items will be shipped
separately as soon as they are available. You will not pay any
additional shipping charges if your order is shipped separately.
Returns/exchanges:
All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved within 15 days of
purchase. Email us @bellajuls@verizon.net for return form - complete
& fax promptly to (727) 723-2355. We will replace any defective
item. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items without
defect. There is no fee for exchanges. Product must be in new
condition and unused. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customer
is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. Fax
completed return form, plus a copy of your original receipt which
must be included in the returned package for proper processing. We
are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns associated with substandard product or shipping errors:
In the event that Bella-Juls-Beltz & Accessories ships products with
defects or products that were not part of the order,
bella-juls-beltz & accessories will issue the customer a return
shipping label so that the item in question can be returned at the
company's expense. Customers should report such issues and requests
by e-mailing bellajuls@verizon.net. Upon receipt of returned
shipment, we conduct a quality assurance test to determine the
appropriate resolution. If the customer received a defective
product, we will send a replacement. Shipping charges related to the
original order will not be refundable.

Sizing scale is as follows:
*please note all chain belts are over sized so that the crystal or
metal dangle added to the end of each chain hangs 3 to 4 inches
from
vintage clasp.

When placing an order for inspirational keychain accessories please

*Most items are in stock, however, special orders, out-of stock

or very large orders, please allow for a 6 to 8 week delivery time.
